Support Packages

After signing the Annual Subscription, you can also purchase remote support packages for activities on CMDBuild and custom configurations.

The service has a variable cost that depends on the package size.

This service is recommended for custom configuration activities of CMDBuild, such as:
  • initial system configuration
  • analysis and configuration of data model
  • analysis and configuration of workflows
  • analysis and configuration of reports
  • analysis and configuration of dashboards
  • analysis and configuration of connectors with external systems
  • GIS analysis and configuration
  • custom upgrades and migrations
  • custom support

Our technicians can connect to your remote server to perform the agreed activities. This mode must match customer's security policy and our remote support requirements.

The support is carried out using remote collaboration tools. The service will be provided in Italian or English language, during the working days, from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00 (CET/CEST).

Support Packages cannot be used for maintenance activities on the standard production instance of CMDBuild, such as the resolution of bugs, restoring the system as a result of errors, version upgrades, etc. For these activities Tecnoteca offers the Maintenance service as Annual Subscription.
