Support Packages

After signing the Annual Subscription, you can also purchase remote support packages for activities on CMDBuild READY2USE and custom configurations.

The service has a variable cost that depends on the package size.

The service can be used for:

START-UP (bringing the software into production):
  • Brief system overview through a remote call
  • Self-Service portal set-up
  • Mail Management System set-up
  • User and Permissions set-up
  • Connectors activation and set-up
  • One-time initial data import
  • Views, filters, list of values, templates, classifications, etc. set-up
  • Custom upgrades and migrations

ADVICES and CUSTOMISATIONS:
  • Custom support
  • Analysis of extensions from the standard configuration
  • Configuration of new workflows, new reports, new dashboards, new connectors
  • Implementation of functional extensions to the "core" system

Our technicians can connect to your remote server to perform the agreed activities. This mode must match customer's security policy and our remote support requirements.

The support is carried out using remote collaboration tools. The service will be provided in Italian or English language, during the working days, from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00 (CET/CEST).

Support Packages cannot be used for maintenance activities on the standard production instance of CMDBuild READY2USE, such as the resolution of bugs, restoring the system as a result of errors, version upgrades, etc. For these activities Tecnoteca offers the Maintenance service as Annual Subscription.
